At Jolly Learning Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
📌 Digital products, downloadable materials, and opened learning resources are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital or downloadable content
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number, photos/videos, and explanation
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Refunds processed after inspection
- Refunds issued via original payment method where possible
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
